- Part of the collection for 30 years
- Extensive work between 1984 and 1992
- Powerful, reliable model
- No reserve
The model presented here is the sought-after coach version whose powerful 3.4L 6-cylinder rocker arm engine delivers more than respectable performance for its time. It belonged to surgeon from the north of France surgeon since 1984, when it was bought by Jean-Pierre Nylin at an auction organised by Maître Poulain in April 1995. A file of invoices from 1984 to 1992 attests to the bare metal restoration, including the upholstery and engine. At its last MOT in 2016, it had 40,989 km on the clock, 12 less than at the time of our review. After a necessary general overhaul and restart, the buyer will have a powerful, reliable and comfortable pre-war car that has undergone older restoration.
Buyers are informed that all vehicles in the collection have seen limited use in recent years, having been part of a museum display. They are therefore sold as-is, require restarting, are not covered by a valid roadworthiness inspection, and will need full recommissioning before being driven on public roads.
