For each sale, Artcurial offers a catalogue that describes and illustrates the available lots. These catalogues also include practical details such as locations, dates, and times for viewing the lots.
To view our catalogues online, please visit the Calendar page.
You can set up alerts from your personal account to be notified by email when lots you are interested in are listed for sale. Additionally, you can sign up for our newsletters to receive notifications about new catalogue releases.
Once you are logged in, you can register for the auction you select the sale you wish to participate in from the Calendar page. You can also register by contacting our Bids office at bids@artcurial.com. We recommend registering at least 24 hours before the auction.
You have four options for bidding:
- Bid in person: Use your bidder number if you have registered in advance otherwise you will be attributed a number if you acquire a lot.
- Bid online in real-time: Watch and place bids in real-time from your desktop or mobile device. Sign into your account, register on the auction page, and click 'Join auction' when the session begins to enter the online saleroom and bid.
- Submit a written absentee bid: If you are unable to attend, you can place an absentee bid by signing into your account, finding the lot you want to bid on, clicking 'Place bid,' and entering your maximum bid amount.
- Bid by phone: Request this service from our Bids office, and a representative will call you when the lot you are interested in is up for bidding, placing bids on your behalf.
To allow time for processing, absentee bids and requests for telephone bidding should be received at least 24 hours before the sale begins.Â
