- Older restoration
- In the collection for 30 years
- ‘Luxe’ version with sunroof
- No reserve
This elegant Peugeot 202 is an interesting 'Luxe’ version, recognizable by its sunroof. It is a pre-war model, fitted with cable-operated brakes and attractive ‘Pilote’ wheels. From 1957–1978, it was registered in the Yonne, before it was bought by a collector from the Eure in 1989. Jean-Pierre Nylin acquired it in 1995, when it went under Me Poulain’s hammer. The car had been restored in the past, but this work should now be resumed. It has covered only 52km in 30 years and will need to be serviced and recommissioned, which it fully deserves as a pre-war ‘Luxe’ model.
Buyers are informed that all vehicles in the collection have seen limited use in recent years, having been part of a museum display. They are therefore sold as-is, require restarting, are not covered by a valid roadworthiness inspection, and will need full recommissioning before being driven on public roads.
