This Italian-origin car is an authentic 205 GTI 1900 Groupe A. As such, it was prepared using original Peugeot Sport parts, including a 1900 Groupe A engine, a very rare Sman six-speed competition gearbox, a special braking system with Alcon callipers, Stac suspension, specific Speedline wheels... In this configuration, the car enjoyed a successful racing career in Italy in the 1990s, before being rediscovered more recently in good original condition, with no major modifications. It was fully overhauled by a specialist in Le Castellet before getting its new HTP (Historic Technical Passport), allowing it to take part in several regional rallies in the south of France.

With all the safety features required by the FIA, this car is eligible for any national and international historic rallies, such as the Costa Brava or the Historical Tour de Corse. Registered in Italy, it comes with its FIA HTP valid until 2033, and a headlight ramp for night-time specials.
