The Cellar of Les Climats Restaurant, Paris : Exceptional Burgundy Wines at auctions 

From October 2026, Artcurial will present The Cellar of Les Climats restaurant, Paris, through a series of dedicated auctions. Assembled with passion between 2013 and 2023 by Carole Colin and Denis Jamet, this outstanding cellar is renowned for the richness and quality of its Burgundy wines, offering a remarkable overview of the region’s celebrated climats.

From regional appellations to Grand Crus, the auctions will feature more than 17,000 bottles across over 3,000 lots.
