- Owned by a competitor at Le Mans in an Alpine A610!
- Three owners, less than 117,000 km from new
- Service books, file of invoices
- No reserve
The Alpine A610 could be summed up in three figures: 250 bhp, a top speed of 268 km/h and 818 cars built. This car, one of those 818, was supplied new on 3 September by the Renault dealer in Blois, BWA, to a resident of the Sarthe, as the stamped-up service book and a copy of the previous registration document confirm. Finished in scarlet red, it was kept by its first owner until August 1996, when it was bought by a major collector of Alpine cars, also from the Sarthe. It was from this collector that its current owner, who had driven the A610 entered by Legeay Sports which made its mark in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1994, bought the car. It has thus been cherished by connoisseurs throughout its life and is in exceptionally well preserved condition. With just under 117,000 km recorded when we inspected it, it comes with its books and manuals and a file of invoices. The last Alpine produced before the brand was mothballed in 1994, the A610 marked a real milestone. This well-preserved example with exceptional provenance deserves the attention of collectors: don’t wait too long before making your move!
