A Louis XV style gilt-bronze fireplace set, comprising a pair of firedogs and a fire andiron

CONDITION REPORT :

Good overall condition despite the inevitable wears and marks in accordance with age and use. Wears to the gilding which is tarnished and rubbed throughout (mostly due to a cleaning product). Traces of previous restorations by means of welding to three sections of the central section of the fire andiron. Fitted with bars. Decorative set. Ready to be displayed.
