CONDITION REPORT :

Fair overall condition. The left hand side armrest is slightly loosened and could benefit from strengthening. Some shocks, marks and traces of gouging in places, such as the exposed areas of the armrests and the feet. The mahogany is slightly sun faded. Accidents to the upper molding of the seat back which would need to be refixed. Wears to the upholstery.
