Joues d'un casque de type chalcidien avec charnières tubulaires et trou pour jugulaire. Décoré en relief de têtes de béliers bridés, finement ciselées et travaillées.

Haut.: 13,5 cm.

On y joint une seconde paire de protège-joues (Inv. no. MMoCA825), de la fin de l'époque romaine, ancienne collection des années 1980, Altötting puis Hermann Historica, Munich, 4 mai 2013: n°2409.
