RS08 V10 model engine built in 1996 for the Benetton team.
Engine used in three World Championship Grand Prix races. After several test sessions at the beginning of the year, this engine was fitted to the B196/03, with which Gerhard Berger finished fourth in the Australian Grand Prix. It was then fitted to the B196/06, Jean Alesi's car at the Monaco Grand Prix on May 19.
