En céramique, à panse bulbeuse, décorée d’un semis de palmettes stylisées et de grands médaillons circulaires autour de la panse, peinte en manganèse et turquoise sous glaçure transparente légèrement bleutée, certains détails moulés et incisés, le bec caréné, l’anse simple, sur piédouche, intacte.

This ewer is distinguished by its incised decoration and large circular medallions on the body, which are also found on other jugs in the collection of the Sadberk Hanım Museum in Istanbul (inv. SHM 9315-P.237, SHM 11816-P.483 and SHM 17584-P.684; see Hülya Bilgi, Sadberk Hanım Museum Kütahya Tiles and Ceramics Collection, Istanbul, 2018, cats. 147–149, pp. 314–19).
