On 1st December, 2025, Artcurial, in partnership with Pierre Hermé Paris, will host a unique charity auction, a first in the world of French haute pâtisserie.

For the first time, creations by some of the most talented pastry chefs in the world will come together for an essential cause. In tribute to childhood, with its capacity to dream and inspire, this initiative celebrates the excellence, creativity, and generosity of the profession. United around Pierre Hermé, his extended family of pastry chefs is coming together around a shared commitment.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to BAB Charity, founded by Alexandre Bader, which works to support the well-being and development of children with leukemia hospitalized at Hôpital Armand Trousseau in Paris. To date, the association has invested over €2 million in the creation and renovation of sterile rooms, including welcoming spaces for families. 

Each participating chef is invited to create an ephemeral work, an original creation, or an exclusive experience to be enjoyed. These lots, unique in both their creative and human dimension, will be auctioned on 1st December, 2025.

Through its ambition and scope, this unprecedented event reflects a vision of pastry that is engaged, open to the world, and focused on supporting the most vulnerable. The involvement of renowned names such as Pierre Hermé, Cyril Lignac, Cédric Grolet, Amaury Guichon, Christophe Michalak, Yann Couvreur, Nina Métayer, and Maxime Frédéric highlights the scale and impact of this charitable initiative.

BAB is a non-profit organization founded in 2009. In collaboration with Professor Guy Leverger until 2022, and since 2023, we have been implementing initiatives to improve the quality of life of sick children and their loved ones. Our goal is therefore to improve and equip reception and living areas. Our actions rely on the generosity of the public and the commitment of our members.
