With over 20 years of experience in the European and Asian art markets, Isaure de Viel Castel is a renowned specialist in Modern and Contemporary Art.
After starting her career at Galerie Cazeau-Béraudière, she continued at Sotheby's, first in New York and then in Paris, working in the Impressionist and Modern and Contemporary Art departments.
In 2013, she moved to Hong Kong to support the growth of the Western Art market, where she organized sales of Modern & Contemporary Art and Design, while maintaining strong links with the European market.
In 2018, she joined Phillips Hong Kong, where she played a central role in the auction house’s development in Asia and drove a significant increase in sales among the younger generation of collectors.
Her arrival as Head of the 20th century departments, and her appointment as Vice President, contribute to Artcurial's ambition to expand its presence on international markets.
