Fabriqués à 10 exemplaires à Choisy-le-Roi et numérotés X4201 à X4210, l'autorail a été exploité à partir de 1959 sur les lignes des Alpes, du Massif Central et de la Côte d'Azur, retirés du service vers 1985. Monté sur une base, vendu avec une vitrine en verre (incomplète), et une caisse transport en bois

Il constitue une pièce exceptionnelle, témoignage émouvant de l'épopée du rail de la marque.

1959 Renault panoramic Autorail Type 5150

Composite material, metal, wood, and fabric, in red and cream, with the SNCF logo. Two two-axle bogies resting on rails, fixed to a finely detailed base imitating the ground, featuring two second-class compartments at each end with rows of seats, a two-level central section with the engine/transmission and luggage compartment on the lower level and a first-class compartment with rows of seats offering a panoramic view on the upper level.

Ten units were manufactured in Choisy-le-Roi and numbered X4201 to X4210. The autorail was operated from 1959 on the lines of the Alps, the Massif Central, and the French Riviera, and was withdrawn from service around 1985. Mounted on a base, sold with a glass display case (incomplete) and a wooden transport crate.

This is an exceptional piece, a moving testimony to the brand's epic railway history.
