A pair of Neoclassical style faux marble painted

CONDITION REPORT :
Good overall condition despite the inevitable shocks and losses in accordance with age and use. Some losses to the faux marble painted areas, as expected. Some scattered chips and shocks to the mouldings in exposed areas. One accident and loss to part of the moulding enclosing the upper corninche (to the right hand side) on one of the two boiserie elements. Some cracks and constructional splits to the bell-shaped internal area of the two boiserie elements or to the right hand side upright on one of the two. Accidents to one of the internal blocks surrounding the bell-shaped "niche" ; it is slightly loosed and could benefit from strenghthening. Few traces of woodworms in places. Highly decorative and elegant pieces. Great potential.
