Voiturette de manège, Belgique, circa 1960

Rare voiturette de manège modèle « Lance-missile Titan » , à 6 places, en tôle d’acier peinte en vert, détails et finitions en métal chromé, deux banquettes recouvertes de simili cuir rouge et 4 volants marqués au centre du fabricant "L'Autopède Belgium Melle", deux sièges se faisant face à l’arrière recouverts de simili cuir rouge, lance-missiles fixé au plancher avec sa rampe de lancement et son projectile bicolore blanc et orange, deux « mitraillettes » chromées fixées sur l’affût, pare-brise en plexiglas, deux badges en métal chromé « L'Autopède MELLE » l’un sur le capot avant l’autre sur le côté droit, inscription latérale en flamand : « Atlasraket Naar De Maan », qui signifie « La fusée Atlas en route vers la Lune », pneus en caoutchouc.

En état d’usage, accrocs sur les banquettes, nombreux éclats, rayures et cloques sur la carrosserie.

L'Autopède - Titan Missile-Launching Truck

Rare “Titan Missile Launcher” model carousel ride, 6-seater, made of green-painted sheet steel, with chrome-plated metal details and trim, two benches upholstered in red faux leather, and 4 steering wheels marked in the center with the manufacturer’s name “L’Autopède Belgium Melle,” two facing seats in the rear upholstered in red faux leather, a missile launcher secured to the floor with its launch ramp and a two-tone white and orange projectile, two chrome “machine guns” mounted on the support, a Plexiglas windshield, two chrome-plated metal badges reading “L’Autopède MELLE”—one on the front hood and the other on the right side—and a side inscription in Flemish: “Atlasraket Naar De Maan,” which means “The Atlas Rocket on its way to the Moon,” along with rubber tires.

In used condition, with tears in the seats and numerous chips, scratches, and blisters on the bodywork.
