Cet élégant Spider Veloce appartient à la deuxième série et est équipé de la motorisation la plus puissante disponible à l’époque, le brillant double arbre à cames en tête de 2L et plus de 130cv. Outre ces qualités mécaniques, l’exemplaire présenté a été vendu neuf puis immatriculé en janvier 1978 en Allemagne dans une seyante et rare teinte « Giallo Prototipo », et c’est en 1990 que l’actuel propriétaire en a fait l’acquisition auprès du premier alors qu’il affichait environ 40 000 km. Dix ans plus tard, la voiture a bénéficié d’une importante remise en état de sa carrosserie avec remplacement des parties corrodées et traitement des corps creux avant d’être repeinte dans sa teinte d’origine. La sellerie en skaï noir a été refaite en cuir, incluant les panneaux de portes. Le beau cabriolet a ensuite été régulièrement utilisé et suivi : en 2023, un allumage électronique a été installé, et en 2024, la capote a été refaite, ainsi que divers détails de l’habitacle. Tous les fluides ont été remplacés l’an passé et le beau cabriolet affiche aujourd’hui un peu moins de 54 500 km. Prêt à prendre la route cet été, ce Spider Veloce n'a pas fini de faire tourner les têtes sur son passage.

This elegant Spider Veloce belongs to the second series and is fitted with the most powerful engine available at the time, the brilliant 2L double overhead camshaft developing over 130hp. In addition to its mechanical qualities, the car presented here was sold new and then registered in Germany in January 1978, in a rare and attractive “Giallo Prototipo” colour, and the current owner acquired it from the first in 1990 with around 40,000 km on the clock. Ten years later, the car underwent major bodywork, with corroded parts replaced and hollow bodies treated, before being repainted in its original colour. The black leatherette upholstery was replaced with leather, including the door panels. This beautiful cabriolet was regularly used and maintained: in 2023, electronic ignition was installed, and in 2024, the soft top was replaced, along with various interior details. All the fluids were replaced last year, and this lovely car now has just under 54,500 km on the clock. Ready to hit the road this summer, this Spider Veloce is sure to turn heads.
