As part of Artcurial's development, Nicolas Orlowski, President of the Group, is pleased to announce the arrival of Isaure de Viel Castel as Vice President, in charge of the 20th century departments.

The original manuscript of General de Gaulle’s Appeal of 18 June 1940, written in London, has been donated to the French National Archives by his grandchildren. This historic document, accompanied by hundreds of previously unseen writings, was unveiled to the public for the first time last December at Artcurial.
Artcurial's Modern & Contemporary Art Sales, held on June 5 and 6, 2025, obtained an overall result of €17.1M, confirming the sustained interest shown by collectors in these specialties.

On June 6th, Artcurial will auction the Philippe Dennery Collection — a refined and sensitive reflection of a curious mind open to all cultures and eras.
Assembled with passion, this carefully curated selection of around sixty lots spans a variety of styles, periods, and civilisations. At its core is Ville Verte by Zao Wou-Ki, a 1952 masterpiece estimated at €2,500,000–€3,500,000, which stands as the centrepiece of the collection. The sale also includes three remarkable works by Alberto Giacometti — Tête de femme, Osselet, and Étoiles — each estimated between €150,000 and €250,000.
On December 16, 2024, Artcurial created a historical moment by organizing, for the first time, an auction of writings and personal memorabilia of General de Gaulle, from the estate of his son, Admiral Philippe de Gaulle. Directed by Stéphane Aubert, the sale achieved €5.6 million, including fees. This auction, marked by total success with 100% of lots sold, also drew the attention of major French public institutions.
On September 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2024, Artcurial will auction a selection of nearly 1,500 lots showcasing the richness and eclecticism of The Universes of the Ritz Paris, inviting participants to share a piece of this legendary place that embodies the art of French living.
