Once again this year, Artcurial returns to Monaco for another edition of its prestige sales at the Hôtel Hermitage, from 14th to 17th January. During this winter interlude, the Hôtel Hermitage will host public exhibitions and sales of Important Watches, Jewellery, Le Temps est Féminin and Hermès & Luxury Bags. 

On 5th and 6th December, Artcurial will be holding its major Impressionist & Modern Art, Post-War & Contemporary and Twenty One Contemporary auctions. The Modern Art section will highlight some truly outstanding works by Kees Van Dongen, René Magritte and Fernando Botero, as well as an exquisite bronze by Edgar Degas. The Post-War & Contemporary auction will present “Piazza San Marco al sole”, a work by Lucio Fontana from his Venice series, as well as works by Anna-Eva Bergmann, Antoni Tàpies and Jean-Paul Riopelle. The Twenty One Contemporary sale will feature works by artists such as Dran, Claire Tabouret, Tadashi Kawamata, Kaws, Xavier Veilhan, Zanele Muholi and Godwin Champs Namuyimba.

From 30th November to 11th December, the Fine Wine & Spirits department is launching three sales sessions, opening with two online auctions followed by a live auction dedicated to a Private Cellar.

On 22nd November, the Old Master & 19th Century Art department auctioned a remarkable selection of paintings, drawings and sculptures. Under the hammer of Matthieu Fournier, the sale totalled €12M.

On 4th November, at La Mamounia, Artcurial will be highlighting the great names of modern and contemporary Moroccan and African art from a prestigious Moroccan collections. This sale will feature artworks by Melehi, Gharbaoui, Rabi', Labied, Ben Cheffaj, Soly Cissé and Abdoulaye Konaté. 

Artcurial has been a long-time partner of the ADIAF and thus, supporting the prestigious Marcel Duchamp Prize for Contemporary Art. This year, Artcurial was honoured to host the ceremony, awarding Tarik Kiswanson, at the Hôtel Marcel Dassault.
